Can't say enough good things about this company. If memory serves, they took over from the old owner and renamed the compay. They have taken great care of our gate issues. Service is prompt and through. Brian even cut down an oleander branch that had gotten in the way of the gate and made it "freeze". I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend them. It's refreshing to find honest, reputable businesses.

My gate call pad stopped working. I reached out to Amy at King’s Gate and Cal came out to diagnose the issue. Amy ordered the new parts and Brian came out to complete the installation. Works perfectly! Brian even resealed the inside of the control box to prevent moisture penetration. Great job, timely completed for a fair price.

I had a bad experience with a gate company who initially installed all my gate equipment (Superior Gate) . So, I decided to give Kings Gate a call and asked them to stop by and assess/quote my issues. Brian from Kings Gate showed up and fixed my primary issue within 5 minutes of opening my control panel (faulty relay switch). He then discovered that my photo eye anti frost feature had never been wired during install. The wires were just hanging inside the panel. He fixed this too in about 5 minutes. The entire Kings Gate experience was exceptional and the prices are fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

They weren't able to help me with what I needed but they were nice enough to respond on a Sunday. It was the first available day I had to email them but I wasn't expecting a response until Monday. I appreciate not having to wait. I will definitely call them in the future if I have something that falls within their scope of work.

I am a Regional Property Manager and we use King's Gate of SoCal on a regular basis in Murrieta. Cal and Amy are absolutely AMAZING. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Cal always takes the time to walk me through the system and comes up with several options to resolve the issue. Cal has even walked me through a technical issue over the phone for a property he doesn't service in another state!! I contracted with Kings Gate of SoCal to replace two old gates at our house. The gates turned out perfect and we received numerous compliments from our neighbors and friends. Amy was outstanding with spearheading the project and communicating status. I definitely recommend this company!

They Are Our Gate Service From Now On!

I work for a management company and we have a lot of properties with gate openers. We had a problem with one of our more complex gates from an obscure manufacturer so I called a large gate service company. They didn't show up for the appointment and didn't call.

I searched for another in my area and King's Gate came up so I gave them a try. They came out the next day at the exact time they said, diagnosed the problem and had the parts the same day. The technician explained his diagnostic procedure and showed me every step of the repair.

I am very happy with this company and they are our gate service from now on!

Highly Recommend Kings Gate

My husband and I live in La Cresta and this is the second time we have used Kings Gate. Cal Westra came out that day and accessed the problem. His worker came out that afternoon to repair and called Cal to tell him the gate was now working!!!

Not sure if the gate was possessed, but it is still working today. Cal would not take any payment.

I said what about a service call? He told me he didn't feel right for charging me because he didn't fix anything!!!

Now that is a reputable company that has integrity. I can highly recommend Kings Gate.

Efficient, Professional and Fast

I highly recommend this company, was efficient, professional and fast.... I had other estimates that were a RIP off. Enrique came to the house and my gate is wonderfully working since then.
